Environment Alert (2021-2022)
Our consultancy services built the capacity of community members and extension workers in southwestern Uganda. We trained them in constructing soil and water conservation trenches and planting appropriate plant species, funded by Environment Alert and the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE).
Ministry of Water and Environment (EURECA Project) (2019-2020)
As associate management consultants, we prepared and implemented plans for water harvesting and flood control structures, and biophysical conservation structures, and trained communities in Aswa Catchment, funded by MWE (GoU).
CNOOC Oil Company (2018-2019)
We provided consultancy services for livelihood restoration programs in the Kingfisher Development Area, Hoima, Uganda. Our work supported communities affected by oil development projects, ensuring sustainable and equitable development.
